Looking for hazards and obstructions that may have been contributing factors to a crash or accident
Were all of signs there that were supposed to be? Were any of them bent or covered by weeds, shrubs or other vegetation? Were there any other vehicles blocking the view of any of the drivers? The whole scene needs to be looked over to search for potential problems like this.
Were there road hazards? Missing or bent signs? How about plants, shrubs or trees or other vegetation in the way that may have caused or contributed to the traffic accident or traffic crash?
